DR Scenario:

Inserting/Updating/Deleting 1000s of records into 4 tables at a time in 20% of the databases at any given moment. The 100 databases are hosted in AWS Oregon based EC2 R3.2Xlarge (SSD IOPS 3000) SQL Server Web Edition  instance, replicating asynchronously to AWS Virginia based EC2 R3.2Xlarge (SSD IOPS 3000) SQL Server Web Edition.
